As part of the Victorian Government’s Ground Lease Model 2 program, D2 Steel was engaged by Icon Constructions to supply and install more than 150 tonnes of structural steelwork. The project will deliver 522 new social, affordable and private rental homes in partnership with Homes Victoria, contributing to the significant renewal of the precinct.

Home Albert Park is a high-end residential development comprising 77 premium apartments in one of Melbourne’s most sought-after locations. D2 Steel delivered a range of structural steel packages throughout the development, contributing to the successful completion of this landmark residential project.

D2 Steel was engaged to deliver structural steelworks as part of the redevelopment of Melbourne’s Garden State Hotel. Working within the constraints of a trading venue and limited site access, the team successfully installed truss sections weighing more than 8 tonnes from narrow Flinders Lane, playing a key role in the successful delivery of the project.
